During the weekend of the 9th and 10th of September, our lab enthusiastically took part in the Oxford Open Doors events, an annual event organised by the Oxford Preservation Trust. Over the weekend, both locals and visitors were invited to explore Oxford, providing rare access to sites that are typically not open to the public.
Our team was happy to share our research with the community, offering a glimpse into the world of neuropsychology and stroke research. We were grateful to welcome and speak to over 100 visitors over the two days, coming from all walks of life, all simply interested in learning about psychology and stroke. Not only did we showcase some posters of recent research projects, we also provided some hands-on demos, entertainment, and informal chats.
We want to thank our visitors for taking time out of their day to visit us, and are grateful for this opportunity to reach out and foster a sense of curiosity and collaboration!
